Salve alterações em tabelas no SQL Server 2008 Print

Se você começou a usar o SQL Server 2008, pode receber a mensagem abaixo ao tentar alterar a estrutura alguma tabela já criada:

Saving changes is not permitted. The changes you have made require the following tables to be dropped and re-created. You have either made changes to a table that can't be re-created or enabled the option Prevent saving changes that require the table to be re-created.

Felizmente este comportamento pode ser facilmente alterado para que seja possível gravar as alterações. No Management Studio, basta abrir a opção Tools no menu principal, selecionar Designer e desmarcar a opção "saving changes that require table re-creation". Resolvido.
